I had this thought the other day of how our society has not changed much in the past 70 years... I know, you are ready to hit the back button and leave this site, but, give me a minute and humor me... I realize we have made tremendous advances over the past 70 years, but, in some ways, we are the same as we were then. For instance, take buying things. I believe we are reverting back to the day of the catalogue. In the days of my father's youth, his parents, my grandparents purchased large furniture items by catalogue. The reasoning back then was simple... we did not have mass production and inventory management.
